TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Two vehicles collide on Oleander, truck flips over
WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Emergency officials are working to clear a two-car accident that happened Monday morning just before 8:45.
According to authorities, two vehicles crashed near the intersection of Oleander Drive and Pine Grove. A truck flipped on its side in the middle of Oleander Drive.
Police say at least one person was taken to the hospital.
According to witnesses, Oleander Drive going towards Wrightsville Beach is closed. Traffic on Pine Grove towards Oleander Drive is being diverted onto Long Leaf Hills Drive.
No other details have been released at this time. WECT has a crew at the scene to gather more information.
