TCBY opens in Wilmington | News

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Frozen yogurt fans, get ready -- there is a new sweet spot in town. TCBY celebrated its grand opening in Wilmington on Saturday.

Everybody that walked through the doors got a free small cup of yogurt or a dollar off any size they wanted.

TCBY representatives say they are glad to call Wilmington their new home. "Today's turnout has been incredible," said Michelle England. "We've been welcomed to the neighborhood, it's been fantastic, we really expected a large turnout and everyone has come out to see us."

Customers are equally excited.

"It's really good yogurt," said Hunter Livingood. "I've never been here before so I thought I would give it a try."

The new TCBY is located at 3804 Oleander Drive.
