JCP offers free back-to-school hair cuts | News
NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Are you looking for an affordable way to get your kids ready to go back to school?
JC Penny is offering all children who are in kindergarten to sixth grade free haircuts during the month of August.
All you have to do is call 855-JCP-KIDS to schedule an appointment or stop by your local JCP salon to book. Appointments are available while they last.
JC Penny is located at Independence Mall in Wilmington.
