WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - NBC will show a sneak peek of its new show Revolution after coverage of the Olympics Saturday night.
The 6-minute preview of the show will air after the swimming competition and before WECT News.
Revolution is currently filming scenes in Wilmington. The pilot was shot in Atlanta.
All week, the show has been filming at the former Sticky Fingers restaurant on Market Street. Revolution transformed the old restaurant at the intersection of Market and New Centre Drive into a set for their show. The old restaurant is said to be a rebel hideout. Expect to see a showdown between good guys and bad guys at the restaurant when the show airs starting in September on NBC.
Scenes have also been filmed in downtown Wilmington and at Cape Fear Community College.
