Robert Downey Jr. spotted at NHRMC for 'Iron Man 3' filming | News

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Production crews set up outside of New Hanover Regional Medical Center Friday to film scenes for Iron Man 3.

According to posts on Twitter, they have temporarily changed the name of the hospital to "Los Angeles Mercy Medical Hospital" for the scene they are shooting.

The film permit says the scenes will take place outside of the hospital and will feature five actors from the movie.

According to film permits, crews will also be filming at Stevens Hardware on Dawson Street throughout the day. One actor is expected to have a dialogue scene inside the store.

Monday, the crew for Iron Man 3 moves to Cape Fear Country Club for some more dialogue scenes.
