Boggess named Head of School for the Friends School of Wilmington
WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - The Friends School of Wilmington has hired Brenda Esch Boggess as its new Head of School.
Boggess comes to Wilmington from her position as Head of School for Greenwood Friends School in Milville, Pennsylvania. She was there from 2008 until this year.
Boggess has worked in education for eighteen years, with fourteen serving as a teacher.
According to a news release, Boggess hopes to implement an International Baccalaureate program and expand digital technology into teaching at the Friends School.
