Contractors break ground on new apartment complex | Contractors

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Wilmington is welcoming another apartment complex to the area.

Construction has started on the 14 acres of land that's located on Randall Parkway across from the Mill Creek apartment complex.

Centurion McKinley, LLC is heading up the project's construction.

According to a city spokeswoman, the complex will be called Carolina Cove and access to the project will be off Emerson and Randall Parkway.

It will offer 228 apartments and is expected to be finished by July 2013.

The contractor said that the complex will offer a clubhouse and pool.
