Watch live WECT newscasts on your smartphone | Community Spirit

SOUTHEASTERN NC (WECT) – With many smartphones these days, you have the option to bring music, movies and TV shows on the go with you wherever you are.  Even better, you can now watch WECT’s newscast live as they happen.

The feature works on the iPhone and most Android phones through the WECT App.

To find the WECT application, search for "WECT" in Apple’s App Store or Android’s Google Play (also known as the Android Market).

To watch any given newscast from there, go to the app when it is airing and click on the banner that says “LIVE: WECT News at 5a, 6a, noon, 5p, 6p, 11p.”
