WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - A new housing report out today shows foreclosure rates for Wilmington are slightly up in the Month of May.
This is the first time since January that foreclosure rates have increased in Wilmington, up to 2.55%. This is almost a full percentage point higher than this time last year.
The good news is that even at 2.55%, Wilmington is still below the US average of 3.45%.
