Moe's to donate a portion of its proceeds to Hurricane Sandy victims | Business

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Moe's Southwest Grill will host a Hurricane Sandy Relief Fundraiser Saturday, Nov. 10 and Sunday, Nov. 11, according to the event's Facebook page.

The event will take place at the Moe's locations on Oleander Dr. and Military Cutoff from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m.

Moe's will donate 20 percent of its sales for the event. In addition, they will collect cash and check donations, as well.

According to the event organizer, the money donated will go to relief funds in an effort to get supplies and volunteers into the areas devastated by Hurricane Sandy.
