WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Mark Richard, the author of two-award-winning short story collections, "The Ice at the Bottom of the World" and "Charity," will have a reading at UNCW through the Creative Writing department. The discussion will take place Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. in Kenan Hall 1111.
